Implementation Lead with Technical Insight 

Are you passionate about digital innovation and have experience within the digital side of the construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing industries? At Vitus, we’re looking for a new colleague to help our customers get the most out of our platform.

You’ll play a key role in implementing Vitus for both new and existing clients—ensuring the technology delivers real value in their projects.

About the Role

As an Implementation Lead, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, effective onboarding and adoption of the Vitus platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting implementation for new clients – making sure the platform is properly set up and delivers real value from day one.
• Assisting existing customers – helping them utilize Vitus to its full potential and advising on best practices.
• Configuring and setting up client projects – including preparing tailored examples and workflows that match their needs.
• Understanding client processes – analyzing and translating their workflows into effective solutions using our platform.
• Collaborating across teams – working with product development, sales, and project management to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

About You

We imagine you have a technical mindset and enjoy working with both tools and people. Ideally, you have:

• Experience with digital tools and platforms – preferably within construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing, such as BIM, 3D modeling, or data-driven platforms.
• Strong communication skills – able to translate technical content into clear, practical insights.
• A service-minded approach – curious about client needs and motivated by finding smart, practical solutions.
• A structured and independent work style – while still enjoying close collaboration with others.
• An eagerness to learn – you don’t need prior knowledge of Vitus, but you should have an affinity for digital tools and a desire to grow.
